The house is in the "Le Bocage" neighborhood, part of "Bourgenay" in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire. This area is calm and green. The houses offer views of the 18-hole golf course and access to a free pool (100 m away), reserved for "Le Bocage" residents from mid-June to mid-September. Before June 10, the pool at the "Pierre et Vacances" club is accessible for an extra fee. The estate's forest borders the ocean and the port (500 m), ideal for walks or jogging. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly. The 9-hectare estate features a large lake, two 18-hole golf courses, and many activities (tennis, surfing, kids club, children's courses, etc.) available for an extra fee. Activities are not included in the rental price. Veillon Beach (1.8 km) is within walking or driving distance. Restaurants, shops, and a laundromat are near the lake and central square. Thalasso center at Les Sables-d'Olonne, supermarkets nearby (5–7 km), Thalmont St Hilaire castle 5 km away. The beautiful beach and downtown Les Sables-d'Olonne are 9 km away. "Vivier de la mine" (1.5 km) offers a wide selection of fresh seafood direct from the producer. We rent our lovely two-bedroom apartment at the foot of Montbrun-les-Bains, one of France’s most beautiful villages. The apartment is part of Hameau des Sources, a residential complex surrounded by nature, just a 2-minute walk from the Montbrun thermal baths, famous for their wellness facilities including sauna, jacuzzi, treatments, and massages. In the village, you’ll find a Super U supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor, gas station, bookstore, and bakery, all within walking distance. The apartment is comfortably furnished with one bedroom featuring two 80x190 beds and another with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave), WC, and TV. Sheets are not provided but can be rented on site. Comforters and pillows are available. The residence offers a swimming pool, bike storage, parking, a chair, ping-pong table, and a multilingual library. Nearby, you can enjoy treetop adventure courses, mountain hikes, canyoning, cycling around Mont Ventoux, and paragliding. Avignon is 1 hour away by car, Marseille is 2h10. Sheet rental and cleaning service are available for an extra fee.
